For landscape installation projects, we have a minimum starting cost of $2,000. This allows us to ensure quality materials, proper planning, and professional execution. We’re happy to discuss your vision and provide a detailed estimate based on your specific needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to understand your needs, vision, and the scope of your outdoor space. From there, we provide a personalized proposal with design ideas and a clear estimate. Once approved, we schedule the project and begin the landscape installation or maintenance work. Throughout the process, we focus on clear communication, attention to detail, and delivering results that exceed expectations. Whether it’s routine lawn care or a custom landscape design, we make sure the experience is smooth, timely, and tailored to your goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years of hands-on experience in landscaping, lawn care, and outdoor design. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive knowledge in plant care, soil health, irrigation systems, and landscape construction. My training comes from decades of working directly in the field, staying up to date with industry best practices, and continuously learning new techniques to deliver high-quality, creative, and lasting results for my clients.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always had a passion for working outdoors and creating beautiful, functional spaces. I started in the landscaping industry over 25 years ago, learning the trade from the ground up through hands-on experience. Over time, that passion grew into a deep understanding of design, maintenance, and customer service. Eventually, I started TB Maintenance to bring that experience and creativity directly to homeowners and businesses looking to transform their outdoor spaces.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of customers, including homeowners, property managers, real estate investors, and small business owners. Whether it’s regular lawn maintenance, a full landscape redesign, or prepping a property for sale, I tailor each project to meet the customer’s goals and budget. No matter the size of the job, I focus on building strong relationships and delivering results that last.
