What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Quality materials, turf and labor are ALWAYS worth it. We supply all three and we’re not happy until you are. Different styles of our turf come with different price points.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I try to get back to customers who send me a direct message within a hour or so. I will ask them when they are available to meet for a consultation and for me to measure the space. Once measurements have been taken, I build a complementary CAD drawing for visualization and send a quote within 48-hrs. If chosen for a job, I coordinate materials and oversee the crew as we complete most jobs within 2 or 3 days.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I trained under a master turf installer with 8 years of experience and expertise.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As someone who grew up on a farm, I’ve always worked with my hands. When COVID came about I quit my job to partner with a friend of mine who had a successful landscaping business in Scottsdale, AZ and learned the ropes under his direction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent pool job came out amazing. We laid turf between step pads and on a side yard. We then divided the space out using edging to create a rock garden. Finally we mulched all the tree rings.
