We provide competitive pricing that offers homeowners quality work within a reasonable budget. The value of our work and project management is high. Modern Home Remodeling is aware of every project's needs and provides custom solutions; therefore, prices can vary according to the scope of work. We offer a reasonable payment schedule, allowing clients to pay as we progress.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide a Design-to-Build approach. One of our designers or project managers will meet the client at their home. The consultation and measurements are free. We always try to provide pricing immediately; if that’s not possible, a quote will be sent within 48 hours. Depending on the company's calendar availability, the remodel will be scheduled. Payments will be based on the scope of work and the payment schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our workers have years of experience in the field. We use advanced technological tools to provide accurate remodeling solutions. Our remodeling projects are completed by licensed contractors and adhere to all codes and permits.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started as a family business focusing on a small number of quality projects. Over time, due to the increasing demand and referrals from our clients, we expanded our team and scope of work to take on larger projects and full home remodeling all while maintaining the same standards of work ethic and professionalism.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Modern Home Remodeling has worked with all types of houses and customers. We understand the importance of clear communication with our clients. We take great pride in how we manage projects, whether for remote work scenarios, pet owners, clients of all ages, new property moves, or time-sensitive priorities.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of the projects I liked the most was for a family that was expecting twins six weeks before they contacted us. They did a full home remodel, including opening up the space by removing a loud bearing wall, installing new floors, and upgrading the kitchen with new cabinets and countertops. We converted an unused space in the house into a room for the twins. This project took about four weeks to complete. It was great to help a family that was in a hurry.
