What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

As an artificial grass installation company, we follow a typical process when working with new customers. First, we begin by scheduling a consultation with the customer to determine their needs and requirements. During the consultation, we will ask questions about the intended use for the artificial grass, the desired style and look, and the size and scope of the project. Next, we will provide the customer with a detailed estimate and proposal outlining the costs and timeline for the project. If the customer agrees to move forward, we will then schedule a site visit to take measurements and assess the site conditions. Once the site visit is complete, we will finalize the design and provide the customer with a detailed plan and layout of the installation. We will also discuss any additional features or services, such as turf maintenance or irrigation systems, that the customer may require. After the design is finalized, we will schedule the installation and provide the customer with a timeline for completion. Throughout the installation process, we will communicate regularly with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress and final result. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I really like the job we did for the San Antonio, Texas Country Club - as for how long did it take, we meet our quoted commitments (our quote is our word) and it took over 3-weeks (over 18,000sf) but a typical job takes our teams 2-5 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The installation is more important than the job - make sure everything is detailed in your quote. The prep work is critical! Think about how you'll use the grass - example, customer a lot times say, my yard is 1 acre so it would be expensive.... I aways ask, how much of the acre to you use? We can design landscape around your grass.

It's important to understand the upkeep required to keep the artificial grass looking its best, such as regular cleaning and brushing.
