What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We create a spread sheet that entails the material, equipment, labor cost, and other expenses related to the project that is easily understood by the customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Communicate with the potential clients to discuss their project vision. Summarize and evaluate if the business can fulfill the needs of the customer. Set an appointment to meet the client at the project site to gather more information to arrange an estimate. Provide the customer with a detailed estimate and an opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns. If an agreement is made a start date will then be decided.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Class A license and training to operate heavy equipment. Completed engineering and drafting courses. welding

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Growing up our family has always had an interest in landscaping. We learned some of our trade by assisting our neighbors with their outdoor needs. We have worked hard to turn our passion into our livelihood and get do what we love every day.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked the spectrum of residential to commercial clients.

My most recent project lasted approximately 2 days.

I would recommend looking for a business professional that is trustworthy, fair and hard working with an open line of communication.
