What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have reasonable prices, but they are based upon the quality of work that I guarantee. I believe if something is worthwhile, then it’s worth the money that a client will pay.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once I meet a new client, I make an assessment of their needs, ensuring they know exactly what they want, which in turn means that I know exactly what they want. From there we build a relationship to create the product that they will enjoy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have training from the Defense Information School, located in Fort Meade, Maryland, and Full Sail University.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Since I was in the US Air Force, I dabbled in the career field. Once I joined the US Army, I became more serious minded and it blossomed into a wonderful career choice.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with various military personnel, having rank as high as a general down to the lowest ranking service member. My photography has been featured in the US Dept. of State website, and also featured on US Ambassador to Albania Yuri Kim’s Twitter page. I also have done work with HLM Industries, Home Pro Fire & Water Restoration, LLC., and Albertville Mobile Home Park, LLC. featuring various construction products and developments.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

While I was recently deployed to Europe, I took a train ride to Paris France for a mini vacation. With camera in hand, I shot some video footage of the train ride, my tour around Paris, and a few sites, to include the Louvre Museum. This little project turned into one of my best videos.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Pay attention and watch what they do, especially when dealing with small minor details. The quality of their work shows how meticulous they are, especially with the smaller details. That greatly impacts the overall quality of the product.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The main question is for me to know exactly what is wanted, so that I can give them what they want. From there, it’s about establishing a relationship to where communication flows fluently and information will be given that’s essential to creating the best possible product.
