Introduction

I have acquired graphic design and photography skill sets enabling me to provide design/photography support to the individual client(s) or companies who have a special request that is needed. I have my own studio and laptop workstation to stay mobile, dual screen 24" view sonic monitors at my base station, and I use the Adobe Cloud Creative Suite Studio with other pro software and MS Suite as well for graphic/video editing as well as photo editing. I have the resource(s) and flexibility to be able to work on location projects or remotely with the design team to take direction from the individual client or lead team manager/supervisor. I carry two Nikon Cameras, D3200 for Zoom lens and the D5300 for wide shots. Along with two on sight photography video Lighting kits for overcast photo lighting. I edit each selected shots using Edited using Adobe Bridge RAW file photos for color/lighting before converting to 300 dpi JPEGs. I'm sorry to say, I'm not an Architect. Although I can shoot real estate photos.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I try to discuss and explain to the customer the difference what they would get for a flat fee price vs an hourly price meaning if its exceeds the time agreed and things are going well to do more then they will automatically know the extra cost upfront before hand rather than trying to negotiate the price difference during the initial process.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Before I start quoting prices, I try to at least found out specifically what the customer wants and then explain to them the factors involved to achieve what we can do together to make the magic happen.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have an AA Degree Broadcasting. I have a AS Degree in Graphic Design Technology and Photography I have a Bachelors Degree in Visual Communication I've been freelancing to my local community and other states since 1994 doing Graphic Designs, Videography and Photography.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Simply by word of mouth and getting involved in projects that was in my field of study.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Personal Individuals/Couples, Families, Companies, Corp Sponsor Organizations and Ministries etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Doing photography on the beach. Less than an hour or two. Being able to capture a moment with a person that will last forever is inspiring!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure you communicate "thoroughly" with a professional before you say "yes". Communication is key. Always, establish with the customer to let them know where "you" are located and the time factor it takes to travel where they are because sometimes they will call at the "spur of the moment" only to find out you're not in their location., i.e. is it am or pm? or are you 15 min away or an hour and 15 min away. It makes a huge difference.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Ask to see small sample(s) of their previous work - or - ask as many questions before saying yes or no. There are no stupid questions to be ask. Try to get a full understanding of what that Professional is capable of doing.
