What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We totally appreciate that cost is going to be one of the biggest factors when making your decision on who you will hire. Instead of you having to guess, why don't you jump on a call with us and so we can get a better sense of what the job entails. That way we can give you a fair fixed price with out any funny business. We always endeavor to make video production and editing affordable so don't be a stranger. Reach out and let's see how we can help. Prices can range from $200 for a few hours of editing - up to $10000 for full service video production.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Ultimately our goal is meet your needs, and create content that exceeds your expectations. We like to start any new project off with a discussion via phone, Zoom, Skype or smoke signals. (jokes on that last one) But seriously, we are here to help. And we believe each project should be a collaborative process. After our conversation we develop a personalized plan of action and outline next steps as we move through the pre-production stage of your project. Communication is so important to us and we will be available for any additional questions or changes you wish to make throughout the stages of production.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Each member of our team has a unique story. Adam began his creative career as an actor almost 20 years ago. Featuring in dozens of commercials, tv shows and films, he has had the good fortune of working with some of the best directors and creative minds in the business. Watching these people work, combined with studies in film and tv production, has provided the foundation for his expertise in this field. Matt learnt his trade in London, where his love of film lead him to create a number of short films, one of which was nominated for a BAFTA (the British Oscars). His knowledge and creative intuition has seen him become an in demand creative across the globe. Jacob, our resident sound guy, has been into all things that make noise from a young age. After earning his degree in sound design at university, he has spent his career workin as a composer, sound engineer, and music producer across a broad range of fields.

The uniqueness of our clients, and their stories, is part of what inspires us. We have had the good fortune to work with a number of small businesses, up and coming brands, musicians, screenwriters, and so many more. Collaborating with our customers is one of the most enjoyable parts of our job.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently put together a promo video for the charity 'My Street Cinema' here in Los Angeles. They are doing what they can to help care for the homeless, and we felt so honored to be able to contribute in some small way. We of course didn't charge for this project. And have since attended volunteer events with the organization, as a way to continue to give back to the community that we serve. It was a really rewarding experience.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
