What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Anyone looking to resonate with their audience and build brand presence through cinematic video storytelling. Our team would love to initiate a conversation. Our prices are usually project based and value based and sometimes it might take more revision rounds and extra costs to secure certain locations, talent, and etc. So do know that they could fluctuate up and down depending on the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start by understanding your goals: We discuss your vision and current video strategy to identify areas for improvement. We develop creative ideas: Our team brainstorms and comes up with video concepts tailored to your needs and presents them to you for approval. We handle everything in between: We take care of all the planning, filming, editing, and revisions. You're always in the loop: We keep you updated on progress and incorporate your feedback. Delivery Ready: Finally when all is locked in we deliver and format for different platform distributions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Each of our team brings in 10+ years of experience and are award winning filmmakers with expertise in their field, we also partner with other production companies and filmmakers to ensure the quality and aesthetics of the client's expectations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

DenimStitch is a movement by a group of experienced filmmakers for brands who break the mold with authentic video storytelling. We ditch flashy gimmicks and connect with your audience on an emotional level, weaving narratives that resonate with real emotions - the kind that punch you in the gut and leave a lasting impression. Spark genuine connections with your customers through genuine video.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have team members with a diverse pool of portfolios from the major leagues such as: Universal, Amazon, Tacobell, Hyatt, Moz, to everyday mom and pop shops.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most recently our favorite project we've dealt with is a smaller one for Morning Baseball, which is a up and coming baseball apparel brand that's beginning to pick up some heat. We enjoyed working in the constraints of time to create a piece that helped elevate the brand's 5AM Club Apparel launch that was sold out after.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Figure out if you're really looking for a videographer or a production company. The two carry drastically different skill sets and price tags. Do some research on what it costs to create the videos they hope to do. And don't worry too much about coming in with all the answers. That's what we are there for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I think they should have some ideas and references in mind, such as competitor videos they really like or some goal that they are trying to achieve from creating the video, which would really speed up the process during our strategy sessions. Also just to think through if video is even the answer, where the budget needs to be allocated, have a number in mind and know that when it comes to video production many factors could easily drive that number up.
