Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Please reach out to see my wedding pricing list. My general photography/videography/editing services can vary in price. They are based on the type of project, the client's needs, and budget of the project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
After receiving and reading the information for the project, I will create a customized service proposal that allows you to see what I can do for you. Then, I will communicate with my client (call or message) and go through their needs and wants and determine an honest and fair price that both parties will be satisfied with.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been producing video media for around 7 years. I went to a film academy in high school and learned the basic ins and outs of the art form of media. After graduating, I started by making commericals for restauranteurs (The Pickled Deli and Gong Cha).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started my production company after graduating from the media arts academy at El Diamante.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have been very fortunate to work with a lot of people. I work with a great variety of clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Be as detailed as possible when reaching out for a project. The reason is so that I can give you an accurate pricing rate for my services.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
A couple of examples: "What are you looking for in a videographer/photography?" "What is your budget?" "What is the project about?" "Do you need a videographer or an editor or both?" "How long do you want the video to be?" "Do you want to include music, titles, transitions, and/or anything visual?" "How do you want the final content to be delivered: online, DVD, etc.?"
