What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Text/email/call.... We will talk about your upcoming event or project, send over an estimate, and then all of our paperwork is done via an online portal.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have graduate level business degrees and strive to provide our clients with superior quality services and professionalism.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We formed Ultimate in 2010. The owner, Chris, married Rachel and he was a dj and she was a photographer.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with professional musicians, large organizations, and hundreds of families and couples.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love commercial projects. We recently provided lifestyle commercial photos for a luxury national pet brand for a non-profit sector of their business at a Children's Hospital

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Really dive into their portfolio. Is the work consistent in quality and light? We know all aspects of lighting (including beach light which can be very tricky) and guide our clients so they will have the same quality they see in our portfolio.

Do they represent the style you like? How do they appear as far as professionalism and friendliness?
