What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For us price is not the must important, What we really care is the quality of the final product. It doesn't matter the price, we do the videos with the same professionalism and quality. We can work with any budget and deliver the best video ever.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After we agree with the budget, we do a shooting plan that must be approved for the client, then we film and edit the video. The client can make the corrections that they consider necessaries to be totally satisfy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have more than 30 years working on this field, I did my training starting as a camera assistant to learn form the basic and going step by step learning for the better professionals in camera, edition, lighting, production and direction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My passion is the movies and as soon I can, I start buying my own equipment, that was at 19 years old, Thanks God I had the opportunity to do what I love to do.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work from the must simple video like a personal presentation to a Movies and TV Series. I don't care if is a large or short budget, I give my best to have the best video ever.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are working now in a Netflix TV series, that is an amazing product, this work takes more than 6 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Well my best advice is don't look the professional base on your budget, look for the best professional on the market, don't be afraid in call me and ask me if we can do your video with your budget, and from there we can start finding the best way to make it real.

The only thing that you must think is that you want the best of the best.
