What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Customers pay a deposit up front, totalling half of the final amount. My prices can be expensive however, I deliver videos that are unique, timeless, and professional.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

As many details as possible, this helps to ensure that I can create the best product possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

BA in Studio Art / 20 years experience in video and audio engineering.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a child with my Grandmother's camera and a 4 track cassette recorder. Later, I toured as a musician, created art, music videos, and worked for Music for Seniors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Musicians, Restaurants, Breweries, Bakers, Craft fairs, and slide shows, pet owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently I recorded full audio,video, and photo of a bluegrass group. I mixed and mastered all 8 songs and edited down the videos into a promo video and an official video. This really jump started their EPK into getting more and better paying gigs. it took a little over a month to finish everything.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Just be yourself with me, I am easy to work with. Though expensive, I am thorough and guarantee a unique professional product and I always include promotional material and SEO advice.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What problem does video solve for you? are you trying to reach new clients? Higher sales? Promoting a single? Better gigs? Need an EPK? or just need a timeless slideshow of a big life event? Claymation? I can do it all, from video to audio.
