What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a 20% discount to U.S Veteran owned brands or organizations or individuals that have been honorably discharged. We ask for a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% balance is paid after all media products have been successfully delivered.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Step 1: Pre-Production We learn about the brand, organization or individual, the goal for the video and we dive deeper into creative decisions. Step 2: Production | Post Production Once a game plan is established and the logistics have been worked out, we move on to production. Our production team will carry out the shoot with utmost professionalism while leaving a minimal footprint on the “set”. Step 3: Deliverables Our post production team works diligently to ensure you are happy with the final product. Our goal with every delivery is that it achieves the goal or even exceeds it.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Era Pictures works with in house staff as well as independent contractors that have a visible passion for what they do as well as proven record of great service in their field.

Era Pictures was founded in 2022 to serve brands, organizations and individuals that wish to communicate their story through a film

Era Pictures has enjoyed providing five star results since 2022 to brands, organizations and individuals. We have collaborated with marketing agencies, non profits organizations and local business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently worked on a fund raising campaign for small business. I am fond of it because I get to help these businesses get more exposure and hopefully reach their goals.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Communication is very important. Specify your vision to help the production team produce great results.

It’s always a good idea to think about what you want to have as smooth of an experience as possible.
