We hate confusion. Our prices are simple and upfront. There are no-hidden costs, or weird hourly fees. We charge per-project and promise to go over all pricing options with you before you commit to letting us serve you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We hate sales. We aren't going to try and sell you on anything that won't help you succeed. All of our services come with a free, non-rushed, consultation. We'll hear what you're trying to accomplish, and we'll let you know where we can (and sometimes can't) help.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We love people. Sometimes we are serving the solo entrepreneur who needs a new headshot. Sometimes you'll find us filming videos for some of the largest companies in the nation. And other times, you will even find us on the other side of the world filming for our favorite non-profits. If it involves people and a good story, we're in.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We often say, "You can't afford not to work with us". We know that there are cheaper options than us. But cheaper isn't always better. We charge more because we do more. Because we've worked more. Because we'll give more. And because we're convinced that we care more about you and your business than anyone else you'll find.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Keep in mind, we're not a just a film and photo company, we're a marketing and branding agency. Don't ask yourself, "what kind of photo or video do I want?". Instead ask, "who am I trying to help?". We help you help others. If you want your employees to have the best training, your customers to have the best experience, or your guests to have the best time, we can help.
