What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing typically depends on the type of video the customer needs and what is required. My pricing also reflects my experience level and the high level of quality and customer service that I try to provide to my clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I offer a free consultation over the phone, Zoom or we can discuss the project via email. Communication is always a good thing. I encourage you to ask questions and so I can understand your needs and what's important to you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelor's degree in video production and real world professional experience working on projects of all sizes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I discovered my passion for filmmaking back in college, where I worked as an NBC cameraman. I was responsible for creating short television spots for the local news casts and covering live events in the field. I discovered my love for video production then and that passion has stayed with me to this day.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have produced video content for business entreprenuers, medical clinics, television stations, car dealerships, non-profits and other local busineses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently captured the grand opening of a new office building for viaPhoton, a fiber optics company. The event was four hours long, and it took roughly a week to finish the video for them.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The cheapest route isn't always the best. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. Also, try to establish a rapport with the person who choose to work with and be clear on your expectations. This goes a long way when making creative content.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Any questions about expectations for the project, what's needed production wise, budget and turnaround times are good questions.
