What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We quote based on how many hours of work we think the project will take. We charge by half or full day shoot dates and editing by the hour. We would be happy to provide a rate sheet upon request.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Let's meet for coffee! Or a phone conversation works fine as well. Most projects are completed within 30 days. We require a 40% down payment for us to lock in your shoot date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified professional in Adobe CC Business Degree - Quincy College 2012-2014 Apple trained in Final Cut and Motion

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started very young, shooting videos and photos with friends. I self taught myself editing software and stared taking non paying gigs to get the name out. I went to business school for a few years and ended starting this company "East Coast Content". I'm extremely proud of the company and can assure that every new project will be completed with great pride.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Many clients just needing quick projects completed quickly or some photos taken, along with major companies including Reebok Spartan Race, Red Bull Media House, Augspurger Studio Monitors, FortPoint Property Management, Self made Artists, Entrepreneurs and small businesses . Our client base ranges from very simple projects to very advanced ones.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One recent shoot that we are fond off was our last music video we shot with a great artist named "Kwaku". The whole shoot went so smooth and we ended up finishing three hours early. The final video did really well across music blogs and social media and really boosted his exposure online.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Quality and communication are so important. Don't just hire any freelancer. We take the time to meet and understand new clients and really bring their own vision to life. Many claim to have the skills needed to complete the project but most don't have the professionalism and high standards that East Coast Content holds.
