What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based on a number of factors. Deliverables, Licensing, Turn-around time, event size, all play a factor in determining your event rate!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love to chat with our clients before booking so we get to know the client needs, expectations, and any other details that will help make sure you shoot is guaranteed to be a success.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team has over ten years of experience!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Photography started out as a hobby during my years teaching. After years and years of practice, I started booking small events and portrait sessions for friends and family. Our business has grown organically through the years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our team has worked with customers across the globe! Often times, our clients are based in other parts of the world and rely on us to capture events they are managing. Our client list has grown throughout the years and includes Google, ABC, Deutsche Bank, Dept. of Homeland Security, FEMA, The US Army, Anheuser Busch, Cosmo Magazine, and a host of national associations and event planners.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is easy to find the cheapest photographer but it takes a little more vetting to find the BEST photographer for your event. Getting the cheapest deal often comes with an unexpected price. Although our prices are nowhere near being CHEAP, we do pride ourselves on providing a high-end experience from beginning to end. We have a digital contracting system that allows each client to enter the details of their event, and sign and manage their contract through our online portral. We maintain a high level of professionalism from start to finish and guarantee satisfaction with all of our products. We have all necessary licensing and insurance requirements to meet the needs of any event. Each one of our photographers has undergone extensive vetting and training to ensure a seamless client experience.
