What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices usually vary depending on how many locations, different tools needed (how many cameras? Drone?) Do we need different settings? (Day and/or night)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Finding what the customer is looking for to make sure I am a good fit. Working on the details with the client to come up with a great concept. Then making sure I am fully prepared to capture and create the best possible version of that product.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve received 2 diplomas through Shaw Academy. Constantly research editing and production tutorials focused on film & music. Always trying to stay a step or two ahead!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing photography for a Google certified Virtual Tour company called Spin Vision. Also being involved in the wedding scene. Started my own YouTube channel and converted into music videos and commercials.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with huge companies, small business, friends/family, wedding parties, sport centers, teams, musicians, DJs, malls, stadiums, clubs, police, non-profits, producers, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

#RockTheCities is an original series I am working on traveling around the United States showcasing local artists, bands, and DJs

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone who will help create a great concept! Be unique and unforgettable!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is this going to be used for? How many versions will you need for different types of marketing (60sec instagram? 3min Facebook commercial? 10min wedding recap? 30sec promo?) Make sure they will allow revisions (I usually allow 3) and lastly be aware of turn around time! (Mine is typically 72hrs - 7 days)
