What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$75/hr estimated cost. Discounts for full or multiple days. 10% discounts on gigs booked before January 1, 2023 (even if gig is after January 1, 2023)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A typical gig process is as follows: 1) Customer provides details of gig (video requirements, shoot dates, purpose of video, etc) 2) Shooting Star Media will deliver a quote 3) Upon acceptance of quote, Shooting Star Media will provide a service agreement and an invoice for half the total cost of service. 4) Once the service agreement is signed by both parties and a deposit of half the total cost of service has been paid, the shoot day/edit schedule will be reserved for customer. 5) After Shooting Star Media delivers final product the customer will have the opportunity to request revisions. 6) When the customer is fully satisfied with the final product, Shooting Star Media will send an invoice for the remaining balance. 7) Both parties walk away happy!

8 years of experience as a Media Production Company owner.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started my career in feature films, which is why my work typically has a cinematic feel, but I am able to produce any style the customer request.

I have experience working with Multi-Billion Dollar Companies, Small Businesses, Start Up Businesses, NASCAR teams, College Athletes, US Congress Candidates, Non-Profit Organizations and more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have recently been working with a non-profit organization whose primary goal is to boost literacy rates in North Carolina. I enjoy working on projects that have a positive impact on the community.
