What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have set prices but they are all negotiable. Every project is different. I am not trying to size you up. But rather customize the package to your needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet or talk to go over the details of your project first. The more information we can go over the better the overall experience will turn out to be.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started Core Productions back in 1999 capturing weddings later on moved into commercial work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We love to work with clients that appreciate and respect our craft.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are the official video production company for 1000 deg Pizza, 420 Vape Juice. We love working with models and actors. We shot the 30 sec TV commercial on the day of the Cherry Hill location. It took about 5 hours and the project was edited with a week.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Meet them and see there work. Also ask for references.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Know your budget, compare on style and options.
