What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All pricing listed is base pricing and covers most service inquiries. However, the final quoted price on all work is subject to change based on the scope of work, final deliverables, and turnaround time. We do offer discounts for bundling services/add ons and for monthly/repeat clients looking for consistent media solutions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to do a quick phone consultation with all new clients to go over the project details, scheduling, turnaround time, etc.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team is constantly learning new software and equipment, shooting/editing techniques, and the latest trends. We have backgrounds in graphic design, photography, and cinematography.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started in Multi-Media Production (Visual & Audio) in 2018 and decided to go into visual media full-time in 2021, covering live music and sporting events. From there, we decided to include Corporate Marketing Media, Convention Coverage, Automotive, Motorsport, Real Estate Development and Construction into our service offerings.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with clients in Real Estate, Construction, Automotive, Motorsports, Print Publications, Corporate Events, Trade Shows and other sectors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

In August 2024, we worked with Chisel & Vine, a premier custom woodworking company in Milwaukee, WI, covering 13 of their recent projects. We provided photo, video, and drone coverage, with final deliverables of photo and video edits for their website, YouTube channel, and social media pages. The project took a little under two weeks: one week of shooting and roughly one week of editing. The client was thrilled with the final deliverables and we absolutely loved working with them.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please don't go with a provider based on cost alone. The value of quality media continues to pay long after payment, and the cost of subpar media lingers long after payment.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is your budget? What do you want out of your project? What kind of timeline are you working with? Our services aim to bring value to our clients. Knowing what pain points a client is trying to remedy with a project greatly helps us deliver the best value for their money.
