What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All weddings are different, so we add value others might not, free of charge, not just during the recording process, but in communication and service from the moment we meet. Then, after your special day, through the post production process and long after we continue to add value by archiving your video footage with Integrity Productions should you ever need to replace yours for any reason, and by supplying your materials as files you can preserve for years to come.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will set a time to meet by phone or in person to discuss what makes your wedding special and unique, and how to best capture those moments you will want to look back on. I will supply a "wedding checklist" of subjects and events usually requested, so that you can be certain that we will not miss a thing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a degree in motion picture production, and have movie sets, corporate image videos, commercials as well as weddings for over 20 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I enjoy seeing the connections people make with each other, and I am always trying to capture those special moments.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types, and that's what makes this job fun! Every wedding is special, because of the unique and special ways people relate to each other.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I make sure that I do not have a backlog of projects, so most weddings take only a few weeks to complete. I should have the first samples of your wedding day to you in a few days!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You should always take your materials and decorations to the actual locations of your wedding ceremony and reception to get the best idea of how they will be seen in that environment. The colors, light and general atmosphere in those rooms can effect how everything will look together.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I am available via calling or text at any time and I am always happy to go over new questions and ideas.
