What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based off of work that is to be performed and can vary depending upon the needs and wants of each client. We create a customized plan of action and pricing for each client.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we like to speak with the client either in person, video chat or phone call. We like to find out more about their business and what they are looking for and the goals they are looking to achieve and then finally we like to share with them more about ourselves, what we do and why we do it. What separates us from the competition and sets us apart. We offer some services that are not offered by anyone else in our industry. After that, we go back and develop a proposal for the client based on the type of work they would like performed and then go over that proposal with the client. If all are in agreement after that then additions to the proposal will be made to form a contract of work to be performed and we will begin work on the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team has over 20 years of combined marketing, sales, advertising, web design, branding video production/editing and business development real world experience. We have performed work for a large variety of companies and industries. Including but not limited to technology, healthcare, retail, automotive, entertainment, e-commerce, athletics, healthcare, blockchain, consumer products and professional services.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the company you choose is passionate about the work that they do and proud of the product they produce. Any company worth their salt will never sacrifice quality just to make a few extra dollars. The product and the satisfaction of the client should always come first.
