Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer first-time clients a 10% discount. Total price will be determined after we discuss the project and get back a signed proposal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We speak with you to fully understand your problem and needs. Our team then builds a proposal and send it to you--at this time you are assigned a project manager. Once we receive the retainer we begin work immediately with pre-production to develop the concept. After the concept is approved by you, we schedule a day to film. We then move to post-production, which is where all the editing, voiceovers, and revisions take place. When the project is finally approved, we deliver, or, if requested, implement/market your video appropriately. The final step we take is to follow-up to see how the project is doing and to ask for feedback.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We all have years of experience and formal education in this industry; some from the military, and others from private educational institutes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I had discovered my passion for filming when I first entered the U.S. Air Force. Since then I never put a camera down. Over the years I also discovered I loved to help solve other people's problems with my gift and skill. I sought to build my own video production company and bring in others who share that same passion. Ever since, my team and I have been solving problems with cinematic solutions.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with businesses and organizations that understand the need and importance of content daily. It's now more important than ever before and we don't see an end in sight.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
It's hard to pick because every client we've had the opportunity to work with have their own unique challenges and visions. And that's what we love: shaping and sharing your vision with the world, or at the very minimum, your world. Most projects typically take 2-4 weeks to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
You can either get what you pay for, or get a return on your investment. And when you look to hire a company like Infinity Media, you're making an investment, not a gamble. We are a company built to solve your problems with cinematic solutions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Who is your target audience (if your answer is "everyone" think a little harder)? What problem are you solving for them? Why do you need video? That's a good place to start, but when we have the opportunity to talk about your project, we'll nail down the best way to approach your problem.
