What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I usually like to try to work with everyone in their budget. Of course I don't like low ball offers but also keep in mind the quality of work that your receiving from me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet with them face to face to connect with them and get a clear understanding in ones expectations. Communication plays a huge roll in customer satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a self taught professional. I've studied my craft in and out and am constantly learning everyday. I am a very hands on person and developed photography very quickly.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always been in artsy person starting out in music. I've always had a curiousity in photography, but wasn't till 2012 that I really wanted to dig deep in my creative kind and purchase a camera that I really wanted. Since then I've been in love with photography and take ever photo like its my last.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've work with all types of customers from different cultures. It's really hard to answer this question. Each customer is a unique customer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I will always cherish the moment when I went to Rome and had a 6 day private adventure in the Vatican. I met and shook hands with the pope. I made a book from my travels and sold copies to the patrons that went.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Quality over quantity. Anyone can photograph a wedding. Keep in mind who's getting quality shots and who's just out here clicking away.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Really the budget is the most important question. What is your budget? And how important are wedding photos to you?
