Q&A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First, I like to learn about what you’re dreaming of making, and what you hope will happen when it’s all done. Then, we figure out the best ways to make that dream come true, keeping in mind how you want people to see you or your business. We also think about how to make sure the right people get to see what we made together.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I’ve always enjoyed recording videos and taking pictures, however, the Genesis of the business came from a recruiting job that we were struggling on and we found that video was really the most effective tool we were using define interested candidates and have been using it since 2016

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with very small businesses with only a handful employees up to 20,000 employees. We’ve worked with a variety of industries, with the largest portion being within the healthcare space. But our professionalism, our quality, and our ingenuity will work in any business industry.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I really enjoy helping businesses share what they do with the people who would love their products or services, using videos to tell the story. Recently, I started working with a company that helps families get rid of lice. It was cool to sit down with the people who run the company, learn about their goals and how they help their customers, and then create videos to show that. Now we’ve started sharing these videos as part of our marketing plan, and we’re super excited to see what happens next!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Working together well is really important. It’s good to work with people who listen to your ideas and also come up with some cool ideas of their own to make the final thing you’re creating together really great. Besides that, having good tools and knowing how to use them well is a big deal. It’s also important that they answer your messages quickly and finish things on time.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What is the primary goal of the project? What would you like your potential audience to do after engaging with your video(s)? Customers should have a clear understanding of what they want to achieve with the project. This includes the end result they envision and the purpose it serves. For example, if it's a video project, is the goal to educate, entertain, promote a product, or something else? What is the budget for the project? Understanding the financial constraints or allocations for the project is crucial. This helps in setting realistic expectations and allows professionals to suggest solutions that fit within the budget. It also aids in negotiations and planning. What is the timeline for the project? Knowing the desired or necessary timeline for completion of the project helps in planning and resource allocation. It’s important to consider whether the timeline is flexible or if there are any hard deadlines. What are the specific requirements or features needed in the project? Detailing the specific elements or features that are required in the project can help professionals understand the scope and complexity of the work. This could include technical specifications, design elements, or content requirements. Who is the target audience or market for the project? Understanding who the end user or audience is can significantly impact the approach to the project. This includes considering their preferences, behaviors, and needs. For a video project, for instance, the style and content would vary greatly depending on whether the audience is children, professionals, or a general public.
