What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

At BW Productions we pride ourselves on quality, customer service, and professionalism. We may not be the cheapest option available, but we promise you will be happy with your end product. If you are not we will work with you to refund your project or ensure you are happy with our services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When ever BW Productions has the opportunity to work with a new client we sit down with you and talk about everything you want from your project. We want to insure that every detail is taken care of and your vision becomes a reality.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have a very talented staff that has been working in the industry for over 7 years. Our team has backgrounds in photo, video, design, branding, web development, and marketing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our Founder, Brent Uberty, started working in the photo and video industry while working in the Marketing Department at the Boy Scouts of America while complete an internship for the University of Utah. Since then his passion for storytelling through photography and video has grown from a hobby to a business. Today we work on projects for small business, non-profits, and large corporations.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a large range of clients ranging from non-profit and government clients to corporate and private clients. We understand that every client is different and we take the time to get to know each and every client so we can understand how to help you the most effectively.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently we were a part of a project through the David Eccles School of Business and the Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute at the University of Utah that highlighted community banking and told the story of the Bank of American Fork and their success through financial hardships. The project took first place in a national competition and was able to highlight a great member of our community.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Not all photo and video professionals are the same. Make sure you understand the experience, gear, and services that the professional you're hiring offers. Turn around is a key element to this. How quickly will you receive the work you have paid for so you can have it in front of clients, partners, or members eyes?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Know what you want and what you are willing to negotiate with. Having a clear vision of your expectations makes our jobs much easier.
