What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have a wide variety pricing system due to the customers needs and desires. But we don't want price to ever get in the way! Email us your needs and we can shoot over our price lists for our packages :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We find out exactly what they are looking for and try to make their experience as easy as possible for them. You hire us, we do all the work! Whether you want a video or a slow motion video booth we are the best for the job!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Graduate in Video Media from University of Utah. We have over 10 plus years of experience with all camera related jobs. We love what we do and do it well :)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Chase started in video production in high school (over 10 years of experience). After Chases long career in Video production, he saw a gap in the industry of boring photo booths. Hence, Slow mo video booth was born. He wanted to change the industry of entertainment and finally make events more exciting! We offer a variety of photo booths to fit everyones needs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We specialize in short films and Slow Mo Video Booths/ Photo Booths for events. Our customers range from big and small corporations to Brides and special events!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did an event for Huntsman Cancer Association. I love being able to participate in such wonder events all over the world. This one in particular helped me stay grounded and remember what life is all about! (We did a slow mo video booth for their annual event).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice would be to make sure that the quality of the film and quality of the person are compatible. Making sure you hire someone with integrity and cherishes their work, so they do the very best and its not just another job.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Photo Booth Questions: 1) What kind of event is it and what kind of vibe do you want to portray? 2) Do I need entertainment at this event, if so, what kind and how fun do I want it to be? Video content: 1) How/ What do I want this video to represent? 2) Will this impact customers and drive ROI?
