I always start off by talking with the customer. For me it's important to establish a line of communication that lets them know I'm approachable, and allows them to tell me as much as they want about their project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started off doing photography & videography as a hobby, it's always been one of my biggest passions. I taught myself almost everything I know, and for things I couldn't learn on my own I mentored under other professionals.
