What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start each new project with a kick-off call, in which we spend time getting to know the client and the specific wishes they have for their project. From there we develop a scope, budget, timeline, production plan, and production team, and work closely with the client in order to achieve the project goal(s). We remain transparent with the client throughout the entire production process and work tirelessly to make sure the client always walks away satisfied with the end result.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 15 years of experience producing video content for start-ups, non-profits and large corporations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been fasciated by how movies are made. I started out the journey when I watched the full "Behind the Scenes Making Of The Lord of the Rings". I was captured by the way so many people came together to bring the vision to life. Since then, I've always wanted to be in film and I'm proud to say it's my full-time professional life to capture the heart and engage the mind through media.

We have worked with clients in several spheres, including journalism, non-profits, corporations, start-up/small business, and education.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Set clear expectations from the very beginning. Working with a new provider is much easier when priorities and goals are communicated from the start. This way, a provider has a much clearer vision of what you want out of the project and how best to achieve the goals you have set.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The biggest questions we tend to ask: - What do you want your final project to look, sound and feel like? - How long do you want your video(s) to be? - What creative references can you provide to showcase what you like and don't like about existing videos out there. -What is your deadline? -How much budget do you have available to spend on the project?
