Introduction

Hello we are PixaMyHeart, aspiring filmmakers focusing on videography & cinematography. I have been making videos in the past few years and have covered events such as debuts/cotillions & small weddings. We would like to provide you a fair and affordable rate to cover your event highlights and provide you a quality product. As we continue to grow, we want to work with you in achieving your vision. *** We, the vendors, get charged should we respond back after you contact us, so please be in consideration of that when choosing a professional. Feel free to browse around our past projects and don't hesitate to contact us if I am the one you'd like to help with your project.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I'd like to let my customer know that I can always work something around their budget. I've encountered people in the past that could not get any videographers because of their budget, but I don't want that reason to stop them being able to get one. *** Reminder before contacting: We, the vendors, get charged should we respond back after you contact us, so please be in consideration of that when choosing a professional.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I'd like to call them to cover any questions they might have or that I might have. Also available to meet before the event if the customer wishes, to discuss & plan out how they envision their event highlights to be. I'd like to do the best of my abilities to make it how they want it.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Video Production Photography

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started off in photography but noticed that I did a lot of filming during my hiking travels. I was then requested to be a videographer for a debutante, a birthday celebrant that was going to have a cotillion. From then on I just wanted to pursue filming memories & moments to also help people treasure them. I am forever a student in this type of work as I want to continue learning and experiencing more and more.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with customers wanting to celebrate their children's birthday event. * Baby showers or gender reveals. * Debutantes, a cotillion event of the birthday celebrant celebrates their 18 years becoming of age. * Wedding, we are able to do the best we can to cover wedding highlights.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently did a birthday coverage. I'm happy because I am using a better software to render my videos compared to before. Also I used a gimbal into recording compared to just a single glidecam like in my previous projects. 1 awesome day of shooting and a good week of editing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My advice would be to check out other professional videographers and compare to see what is the best fit for the particular event. If we are chosen to be the videographers, we will do the best we can in creating your highlight video memorable and to make sure our rate is the most affordable compared to everyone else.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Pricing, agreements, planning, timing and customer vision. Checking out professional portfolio and past projects to see if they are the right fit.
