What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All of the pricing is listed at a base price and will only be charged more for additional labor or add-ons.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Depending on the customer and type of shoot. Normally a phone call or email conversation is the first step to discuss details for the given project. From here we go about planning a shoot date and turnaround time for the final product.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

For video, I studied film, video, and cinematography in college. My major of study was Media Communications with an emphasis in video production. For photography, I'm self taught from my background of doing video work and have to create shots for music video work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

For video, I started as a visual effects artists and learned how to shoot footage for compositing and short film work which I've done for eight years. Through freelance work, I've shot music videos, promotional events, corporate work, and parties. For photography, I worked in a professional photography studio for three years doing photo editing and retouching.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with a wide variety of people ranging from families, models, actors, singer, corporate businesses, and more. I never try to limit myself as I'm eager to have an open circle and work with a good group of people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A music video for an R&B/Hip Hip group I shot in February of 2021. This video was filmed in the timespan of eight hours with a seven different scenes, three of which of designed specifically for each of the members of the group. I loved this working on this project because I was able to see progression in my work with music videos. Everything from the lighting, shots, and editing were stronger than what I was capable of years prior.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a person is capable of creating quality work over the quantity of what is included. The amount of pictures or amount time spent of creating something is important to some people however if the quality isn't there, then the end results may not be the best.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is it I want at the end of the day? Did I feel like I was in a professional work environment? Did the person I hire for the job do their best to make sure I was feeling great about what it is we are doing?
