What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Message me directly. I usually charged based on the length of video, the shoot schedule&location and the size of event.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will ask a few questions to the customer and then I will make a plan about the production. Then I will go for shooting and get editing done very soon. I will send the video file to the customer and see if they have opinions. Then I will edit the video again to render to final files.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Massachusettes college of art and design. Film/Video graduate.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I start to do the freelance job since I was in college. It actually starts by chance. But I love working with people and capturing their best moment.

What types of customers have you worked with?

There are so many types of customers I have worked with ranged with ages and carrers. And I have finished so many different types of videos.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I finished a company ribbon cutting ceremony at Fork Stage Park. It takes me four hours to record there and about three hours editing after the event.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

They should be patient and know what customer wants. Most importantly, they should follow the schedule and finish the work decently.
