Hi There, I'm KC! Thanks for checking out my profile. So many videographers right? How am I different? I believe having a B.F.A. in animation, story telling, graphic design and editing is a huge plus. I have been an artist since I was 5 and I have a natural eye for composing my shots and filming and editing my videos that have heart. I am not a technician but a creative individual. If you’re looking for a big budget 3 person staged job I’m not your guy. I offer a product that has a creative, candid approach with an emotional resonance that will leave you with memories you can cherish forever! I love meeting and learning about people and different customs and cultures. Each client and their venue offers a unique creative challenge and I love to figure out how I can deliver a final product that will leave you with a smile and wonder!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Yes, I like to keep things simple. I have a standard pricing that I offer initially. A flat rate that pretty much covers everything including travel, and shipment. There is an additional fee for editing depending on what the customer needs. No other hidden fees that the customer needs to worry about. If they require something extra we talk about it put it in the contract and done! It's that easy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a B.F.A from SVA in NY. I have also done online and hands-on course in Photography and DSLR video and have a diploma from Shaw Academy. I am constantly learning new techniques from books, classes and videos. The more I do these events , the better I get.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am a creative individual, it runs in my blood, and have done many different creative lines of work in my life, I love what I do. I started filming and editing since high school and have just grown from there. From doing animation in Arts school to getting my first DSLR camera and recently getting a diploma in foundations of photography from Shaw Academy.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All different people from all different backgrounds. Which Is one of the reasons why I love doing this. I get to learn about different customs and cultures by spending a day with them. Ive done, engagements, weddings, Bar Mitzvah, Baptism, Sweet 16s and more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently did a wedding, where the couple had contacted me afterwards, saying that their photographer had messed up their photos and that they were really now relying on the video to capture all the memories. I assured them that I had filmed everything and they would love it. After they received their video in the mail, they were filled with joy and couldn't believe how amazing the video was. I recently saw the couple again as guests at another wedding and they continued their gratitude. They told me I had saved their wedding day! It's so encouraging to hear that. That's why I continue to do the best possible work. It's not about just making the client happy, its knowing that this is a once in a lifetime event for them and it must deliver!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please ask questions, don't just look at a profile and assume things. many people are new to this website and sometimes it takes time to get reviews and content up on the site. We take 30-90 days for editing and so you might not see reviews till a 3 months later. -Also please take the time and review everyone you've worked with, it helps us get more gigs and helps the customer make a more confident decision.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Please Please, know your budget and have your event date finalized. Most of us need to check our calendar and see our availability. We can't do that if your date is undetermined.
