What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our quotes are fast and fair. We bill you an initial invoice for a 25% deposit and a second invoice for the balance once all the work is completed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will discuss items such as the intention for the video, the logistics and the pricing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated from the New York film Academy in 2019 with a focus on directing editing and cinematography, and subsequently ventured into freelance video production and I have been doing so since.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started Era Pictures LLC in 2022 and in addition to being my production company for films, Era Pictures supports local businesses and nonprofits with high-end corporate filmmaking.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked large and small business in Georgia, Florida and out of state.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, we were hired by an International marketing company to shoot some interviews and B Roll for a humanitarian cause involving a local nonprofit and other companies out out of country.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I think any company that is willing to make an investment in a fantastic looking video that makes them look their best is doing a good thing for their company their employees and their mission.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Some very important aspects to consider before making a video for your company are: What is the intention of this video? What kind of people is this video for? Where will this video most likely be seen? Should I have a script? I can guide you with all of these questions so that we can create something that is effective and polished .
