What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love to meet our customers first, especially larger event clients. Zomm is a GREAT tool. However, if we don't have the opportunity to meet, we like to email/text/chat as much about details as possible, beforehand, no matter what the session is. This is to ensure we know exactly what our client expects from us, and to let them know how we work as well, and what they should expect out of their session.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our videographers/photographers work 5+ years in the photo/video business. Have a big experience shooting weddings, quinceaneras, birthday parties, baptisms. Each year our company shoots more than 300 events in Florida, Illinois, Wisconsin!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

IG PHOTO VIDEO was founded in 2010. And we just grow each year. Simply Because we love what we do and enjoy making my clients happy. The team specializes in a number of different photography services, where most people focus on one genre of photography, limiting their experience.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Engaged couples, Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Sweet 15 and Bridal/Baby shower, Baptism.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Question 1: Is it necessary to have two videographers for my wedding? Answer: Having two videographers during your wedding day will help to capture multiple angles for your films. This will ensure that there is less of a chance for something to be missed on the footage. Question 2: Will you be flying the drone during our ceremony? Answer: No. According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), it is prohibited to fly a drone over a crowd of people. Flying a drone during your ceremony will be very distracting as well, and we would not want to take away from the most precious moment during your special day. Question 3: What if it rains? How will you guys be able to include drone footage to my films? Answer: Because weather is unpredictable, and there are some locations where drone flying is not permitted, we may capture drone footage that showcases the city, and may be prerecorded. Question 4: Is there anyway I can receive the RAW footage from our wedding? Answer: We do not offer RAW footage as an add-on. Question 5: How will I receive all my films? Answer: Your highlight, social media teaser and full video will be posted and delivered online for you to download. Question 6: Can I choose my own song for my films? Answer: Yes, you can.
