What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is all-inclusive. There are no hidden fees and I pride myself on providing high-quality videography services at an affordable price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

During our first conversation either by email, text, or phone. I try to get as much initial information regarding their project or event. (Dates, times, locations), I document any special requests they may have and I openly answer all their questions. I'll then work up a service agreement outlining every detail we discussed and the final agreed upon fee. I'll email the agreement to my customer for their approval and sign off. Once I arrive on location, depending on the event I will locate my point of contact to go over any last minute details or I simply get to work capturing memories.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm constantly researching the latest developments in editing software, and cameras. I regularly attend cinematography seminars to learn the latest shooting and lighting techniques. I believe education is key to staying current in my craft.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I studied Radio, Television and Film in college, and I've been hooked ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I do mostly live events, weddings, sweet sixteen celebrations, graduations, live performances, corporate meetings. I also shoot news packages as well as product infomercials

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I'm proud of all my projects, no matter how big or how small.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A good producer should try to create a project based on what the client gives them. A good producer should talk to you and get know you vision. You also view their work, if it all looks the same to you then they're just cutting and pasting.
