What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are completely adjustable to each customer so we can make sure we get the perfect fit!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After a customer reaches out to me, I love to get on the phone with them to talk details and get to know them a little better so I can focus the project in the right way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a film degree from MSU and have been working in video production for years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing this type of work by going out as a kid with my moms little digital camera and messing around. As I grew older, it's something that stuck and something I've been passionate about.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with everyone from small businesses to sports teams - wedding couples to handymen. I'm open to everyone!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I've loved the majority of my wedding work recently. Those couples that just radiate love to each other bring joy to my heart! My turnaround time is under a month as well.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do less price shopping and more in the area of getting to know whomever you're hiring. You can learn a lot about someones output from a 10 minute conversation with them!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You should have a budget in mind, what things you'd specifically like for an end goal, and also have an idea of how long this project with take to complete from your end.
