Q&A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Typically after a quote has been sent to a potential customer we wait for your reply. After we have sent brief messages we usually set up a meeting via phone or meet at a local coffee shop or restaurant where we introduce ourselves and talk about the event being filmed. I love to listen and take notes just to be sure nothing was missed. I do like to follow up with my customers atleast 2 weeks prior to their event to discuss small changes that were possibly made. After their event we do contact our customer midway through editing to let customers know how things are going with their future film. Once their film is complete we would either transfer your film via a sharing website or Meet with our customer to do a personal transaction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My team and I filmed a wedding during the holidays. That day went very well as it was very well planned. We arrived on location around 10am to capture detail and "getting ready". We executed with no problems. Ceremony and reception was a blast we took about 8 hours of footage made our client very happy with there Highlight film and also there featured film. It took about 60 days to complete the project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The best advice to give is to always look over samples of the professionals work before contracting a videographer. I believe many go for the most economical package which is fine but being satisfied with the work a videographer has provided to their client is worth more than anything. Second would be the relationship between the professional and client. With a good relationship and an understanding of how the final production will come together, clients will cetainly feel at ease after they hire their professional
