What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices start no lower than $850 and has gone up as far as 10k. It really depends on the project, the hours spent filming, editing, and equipment needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first thing we like to do is set up a time to speak to a new customer to learn more about their project and to make suggestions as needed. We want the customer to trust us and our work which is why we never ask for a deposit or any sort of payment until the job is done and they are happy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We always stay on top of the latest software and production equipment

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I attended New England Technical institute under the Video and Radio production program while working for a local radio station as a Promotions Producer. After graduation I worked for CBS and Fox as a producer/writer and was promoted to creative editor. After 7 years of Television experience I moved on to Corporate video, working as a videographer and Senior editor for a Boston based Production Company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Corporate and Commercial web videos. Wedding videography, transfers. Promotional and Instructional videos, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We created a 2 minute web video for a fitness club that wanted to focus on their sparring program.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't go with the cheapest, I know it seems like the way to go but you'll get waht you pay for and most times it will end up costing you more.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We give a 100% to every job, no matter how big or small. We really care about our work and every client we've ever had has been extremely pleased.
