Introduction

I take pride in my work. With any photography I do, I strive to give my 100%. I use the latest technology and products to give you the best. I am constantly investing time and effort to learn new ways to photograph homes and properties so that the end result is something the customer can be proud of. In the case of Real Estate photography, many times photographs seen online are the first time impression people have, and first impressions matter. Thats why I'm constantly learning and improving so that I can provide the best photos to showcase your home. Ive also invested in a drone for stunning aerial shots. Aerial photography will help you stand out and showcase your property in a new unique way. My goal is to provide you an end to end experience that is easy and simple for you with a high quality product you can be proud of.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is negotiable depending on the project. Bulk projects do get a discount as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First and foremost I schedule a phone call to answer any questions you may have about the project and schedule a time and place to take the photos. I also get your email and phone number so that I can bill and deliver the finished work. The day before the shoot I send a confirmation message with reminder for the appointment along with any reminders to make the shoot go as smooth as possible. The day of the shoot, if you are not home or on site, I let you know when I arrive and when I finish. During the editing process I send you previews to get input and comments about the work. 24-48 hours later I deliver the work via Dropbox and send final invoice.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
As a real estate photographer I constantly work with realtors, home owners and business owners. For commercial work I work with architects, construction companies, engineering firms and designers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of my favorite projects was photographing 3 newly built Dorm buildings at the University of Washington. As an alumni of the UW, it was great to go back and visit. My client tasked me with photographing the common areas of those 3 buildings to showcase the build quality along with unique features that the builder wanted to show off to potential clients. The project took me about 12 hours on site, with another 8 hours of editing afterwards. I took 3 hours to explore the building and establish an idea of what ill photograph, with what gear and what angles. Then I took 2 days to shoot the buildings, spending 9 hours on the ground. I ended taking about 400 photos, 80 of which I submitted to my client. The photos were. also submitted to a competition to showcase interior design, in which one of my photos won.
