I offer a 5% discount if you pay for 5 lessons upfront

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to hear the singer singing a piece they are familiar and comfortable with so I can get a good idea of their present technical level.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I trained in singing at the London College of Music and I spent 11 years teaching at AMDA & UC Irvine

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was working as a professional singer and people started asking me if I could give them a singing lesson, so I started teaching and working at the same time.

All types from complete beginners to working professionals

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my alumna, Aubrey Matalon, won the Spotlight Non Classical Voice Competition 2018 and $5000. She is now on Broadway, in the musical “Six”.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are many singing teachers out there - a lot of them are really coaches, pianists who have acquired a little vocal knowledge. I trained as a singing teacher in England and have a lot of knowledge about the voice and also the vocal repertoire and the languages needed to be a complete singer.

What is the basis of your vocal technique (be warned if they say German!)and can you play the piano?
