What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is very competitive to the industry prices, although I do leave room to negotiate. I run promotions randomly throughout the year as well, my customer satisfaction is my main objective.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically sit down with my clients for a few hours, have them fill out a style questionnaire to determine their wardrobe needs. From there we together would determine which service would be best for their specific needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I received a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in Business Management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Since a young boy I’ve always been interested in fashion. Collecting sneakers to dressing up for events, I was always the stylish kid that took 0 days off. As I got older the passion intensified and I really began to study the industry and it’s big time designers. After graduating from Michigan State University, I took a leap of faith and started my own personal styling company. My first clients were my high school basketball coaches whom referred me to their colleagues, from that moment on the ball was rolling!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would definitely sit down with a stylist in person or have a phone conversation about your personal style and ideal image before you begin. This way you both can begin to understand one another, and have the same end goal in mind, which is an improved you. Also, taking a look at his or her portfolio prior to booking. That way you can get an idea of their style and how they put looks together.
