What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are very competitive and in most cases much lower than the big box companies. We strive to maintain low overhead, so we can pass those saving on to our customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Simply call our office and schedule your free estimate and one of our friendly staff members will match you with the right technician. Our highly skilled technicians will assess your properties concerns and develop a strategy to resolve the issue and provide a "Lifetime Warranty".

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 40 years of combined experience in basement and crawl space waterproofing and foundation repair.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our company was born out of necessity to provide customers with a more affordable option to waterproof their home or business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Anyone who owns a home or business that needs to be waterproofing or has foundation concerns. We work with contractors, home owners, realtors, new build wall companies and commercial business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did work for Greg from the "Rick and Bubba" radio show. We were able to provide a quick and lasting solution for his home as well as his mom's home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get multiple quotes.
