What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer custom solutions depending on the property or problems to be resolved, we are in the medium range of price with extremely high quality service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First over the phone we get a general idea of the way we can help the customer, we schedule a visit to confirm the pest and the areas, we provide a free estimate, if approved we normally get started immediately or schedule the service for a convenient time for the customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The General Manager/Operator has Environmental Engineering and Chemistry Degree, extensive experience on Environmental Safety and over 10 years experience on field applications for industrial, commercial and residential customers of all sizes. All technicians have more than 10 years of individual experience and receive continuous training per state requirements.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started working for other big corporations but saw the lack of customer attention and low intentions to actually help customers resolve the pest issues.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Of All Sizes; Industrial for big food processing corporations and restaurants, Mid size commercial businesses , and residential services between home services and multiple unit properties.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We resolved the heaviest mice infestation to be found in the industry in 2021, after resolving an extremely heavy roof rat infestation in 2020, other companies refused to service this properties due to the severity and complexity of each of the problems.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire local professionals, normally local companies provide a better service as they are more compromised on providing a better personable service.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Referrals not just online reviews, if they can provide referrals from other recent jobs that usually means they do their best to do a great job!
