Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We believe in complete transparency when it comes to pricing. From the moment we provide an estimate, you’ll know exactly what to expect with no hidden costs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Our process typically starts with a personal meeting, as we believe in building a strong foundation with every new client. We take the time to understand your specific needs, goals, and vision for the project. This allows us to tailor our approach and provide the most accurate and customized solutions. From there, we’ll walk you through every step, ensuring clarity and communication throughout the entire process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I gained foundational knowledge about plants and landscaping during high school, where I took courses in biology and environmental science. Additionally, I've gained hands-on experience through both working for a landscaping company and personal projects. This is where I developed my skills further in plant care, landscape design, and creating sustainable outdoor spaces.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
While working at a landscaping company, I developed a strong interest in the work I was doing and took pride in seeing the results of my efforts. This sparked my desire to build something of my own, where I could fully express my vision and create unique outdoor spaces. That's when I decided to start my own landscaping business, to showcase the quality and creativity I bring to each project.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We primarily work with homeowners on a wide range of projects, including drainage solutions, grading, hardscaping, land clearing, sodding, and masonry repairs such as concrete slab work and retaining wall repairs. Whether it's improving the functionality of your yard with proper grading or restoring the integrity of existing hardscaping, we tailor our services to meet your specific needs, ensuring long-lasting and visually appealing results.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
When hiring a landscaper, it’s important to find someone who takes the time to really understand your vision. Look for a company that offers clear, upfront pricing and doesn’t shy away from discussing the details of your project. An in-person consultation can make a big difference, as it allows you to communicate your ideas directly and ensures the estimate is as accurate as possible. Also, don't hesitate to ask about their experience with similar projects or check reviews to get a better sense of their work quality and reliability.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before speaking with a professional about your landscaping project, it’s helpful to think through a few key questions. What’s your budget, and are there any specific features or materials you want to prioritize? Do you have a clear vision for the design, or are you looking for advice and ideas? Consider how much maintenance you're willing to commit to, as this can influence the materials and features that are best for your space. Finally, think about your timeline—when would you like the project to be completed, and are there any specific deadlines or events you're working around? The more clear you are on these details, the easier it will be for the professional to understand your needs and offer the best solutions.
