Introduction

Statewide Florida Home Inspections is dedicated to providing top notch customer service, followed by thorough quality inspections. We are competitively priced and provide a range of services such as; full home, condo, mobile home, commercial, 4-point, and wind mitigation inspections, as well as roof and balcony certifications. We are not interested in the quantity of inspections, but rather the quality. Our inspectors do not rush through inspections, ever! We "always" give the appropriate time needed to ensure our clients get the thorough inspection they deserve. We have been affiliated with Home Advisor & Angi's list for more than 5 years, 250 + reviews at a 4.94 rating, and have won the Super Service award for 4/5 years. We are dedicated to the highest level of home inspections. We provide “same day” reports, provide price estimates for any repairs or replacements needed, a visual inspection on mold & termites is included in every inspection, we date all of the appliances so that we can provide life expectancies, we use drones to inspect roofs, thermal cameras to detect any anomalies, and in most cases, hundreds of pictures are included in your report.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I am not the cheapest or the most expensive. I tend to be right down the middle.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
All clients are treated the same. I spend as much time needed explaining our process and answering as many questions needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am a licensed Florida Home Inspector as well as a CPI (Certified Professional Inspector) through InterNachi.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I was an air conditioning contractor, a low voltage contractor, and have spent more than 20 years in the real estate industry. Home Inspection was a natural progression from what I have done for years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with residential and commercial buyers, clients needing 4 point & wind mitigation inspections for home owners insurance, and condo, short term rental companies, and owners that are in need of balcony inspections for VERBO or AirBNB rentals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Statewide recently provided balcony inspections for a 12 building project with over 500 units. Our staff worked diligently to complete the job in less than 3 days. Our clients were elated!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My best advice for a customer looking to hire an inspector is to find your own home inspector (do not use the agent’s referral) and never pick the cheapest option.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
No question should be off the table. All questions are valid questions.
