We offer free inspection, we bill directly to your insurance companies. No insurance we expect cash, will make an affordable approach on assisting you and your damages.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Dri-Air Restoration offer 5star service, we provide all are customer’s with knowledge regarding there situations and damages. We walk are customers through the entire process so are customers are engaged and prompt on job task at hand.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was 18 teen year’s old when i started in this field called water damage restoration. With over 10 year’s experience in the field working water damage and mold Remediation, I decided to open my own restoration company to help homeowners and business owners get back on track fast.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with homeowners, business owners and tenant’s.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of the recent jobs that i was fond of was a mold Remediation job caused by hurricane damage. The entire roof was damaged, roof contractor’s fixed the roof. It took us 3 day to remediate ceiling and walls and remove damaged laminate flooring & pads.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always make sure your well informed of project and situations that can occur. Always look at the reviews to see how the company can best assist you with your damages. Make sure they are certified in there field and have at lease 5 years experience in there trade. Always make sure the company you choose is very thorough and has your best interest.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Should i pay cash or go through my insurance company, are they certified professionals. Do research on the professionals and see if that company provides what you are looking for as far as your damages. As a customers I would see what options i had and if they can start immediately.
