What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Sundry is locally owned and operated. We use only the best materials, and unique patented systems to provide the highest quality repairs and service. Sundry is proud to offer a lifetime transferable warranty on it's work. We offer senior and military discounts as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process starts with a free, no obligation consultation and estimate. Upon agreement to perform the work, we schedule the project at a time most convenient to the customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Sundry employs a staff that is knowledgeable in all facets of foundation waterproofing and repair. Many of our employees have 20+ years experience in the industry. Our field members go through ongoing training in all areas to ensure that the customer has a top notch crew and foreman on each project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My start was in 1993 in the marketing department. From there I moved to production, sales, and then management. There is not an area of this industry, that is foreign.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of individuals, and all types of budgets. Sundry prides itself on providing a comprehensive and accurate solution that can fit almost any budget.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our typical projects last 2-3 days approximately. We are fond of all of our projects and customers. With the recent storms, we have been fortunate to help several people who noticed water entering their foundations for the first time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework. Take a look at how long the company has been in business, and the reputation.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do I feel comfortable with the experience that the company provides? Was the company able to answer all of your questions when asked? Did the company give you the confidence that they will solve your issue?
